Azure Cloud Support Engineer/Remote Tri-State Area

Are you looking for a role to work more in Azure Cloud and the Microsoft Stack? A medium sized company in the Real Estate Industry is looking for an Azure Support Engineer.
As an Azure Cloud Support Engineer, your role would be to assist customers with technical issues related to Microsoft Azure cloud services. You would provide technical support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities may include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, working with customers to identify and diagnose problems, escalating issues to appropriate teams as needed, and providing guidance and advice to customers on best practices for using Azure.
You should have experience and strong technical knowledge of Azure cloud services and related technologies, such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and security. You should also be familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and SQL Server. Having any experience with Azure Front Door and/or working with Azure App Services within IIS is a huge plus.
Relevant certifications, such as the Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator or Microsoft Certified Azure Developer certification are a plus. This role is remote but they ideally want someone in the Tri-State Area to commute a few times a year. Required Skills:

• At least 4+ years working with Windows Servers within Azure Cloud
• Ability to manage and troubleshooting Servers in Azure
• Azure AD/GP
• Office 365
• InTune
• Azure Front Door
• Azure and IIS
