As a leading provider of agricultural technologies, this company is looking to expand one of their most important teams, focused on developing a high impact SaaS platform. You will be creating a product that will allow growers and farmers to make better, more informed decisions than ever before. The novel insights that this product will deliver will continue to allow the company to deliver the best agronomic solutions available.
Seeking someone with 2+ years of professional experience within data science and/or ML engineering. You will work in a pod of fellow data science & engineering professionals, cross collaborating with product, app development, and scrum teams. You will partake in research, stakeholder communication, as well as algorithm and model development & deployment.
This position is hybrid and will require candidates that are local to the Greater Philadelphia area, able and open to going onsite 2-3 days/week. Required Skills & Experience

  • Good problem-solving skills, stats background, etc.

  • Spark
  • Airflow
  • Cloud experience (AWS or Azure preferred)
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Containerization and other cloud devops experience
  • Any prior knowledge or experience within agriculture, agronomy, etc.
  • Advanced degree (MS+) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.
