Development Manager / Philadelphia, PA

A stable and growing payment processing company is currently seeking a Development Manager with device experience to manage their team that builds out code for their flagship payment terminals. They support various businesses in setting up efficient and secure payment processing solutions. You will be managing a small team and doing some hands-on development. 

Experience with C#, WPF, MVVM, and multi-threading is a huge plus. Candidates must have prior experience with leading or managing teams. This is a HYBRID role in Center City Philly. Candidates must currently reside in PA, NJ, or DE (Greater Philadelphia area) to be eligible. Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience with C#
• WPF
• MVVM
• Multi-threading
• Experience leading or managing a team

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in the payment industry is a plus but not required

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

• 30-40% Hands On Development
• 50% People Management and Technical Management
