Director of DevSecOps / Remote / FinTech / Blockchain Crypto

A leading financial institution dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients is currently seeking a Director of DevSecOps to join their team and help bring their innovative blockchain crypto product to market. They are seeking an individual to work remotely with the option of going on site to their new HQ in Phoenixville, PA. As the Director of DevSecOps, you will be responsible for securing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and ensuring the security of software applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with development teams to implement and maintain best practices in the development cycle and lead the integration of automated security testing tools such as SAST/DAST. Your technical expertise and experience with infrastructure as code will be critical in this role, as you help build and maintain a secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure. You must also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this position, you should have at least 10 years of experience in software development, security, and DevOps, with a strong background in securing CI/CD pipelines and implementing SAST/DAST tools. A deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and security is also essential. Required Skills & Experience

• Degree or appropriate certifications
