Director of Infrastucture/Azure/Windows/Cisco/Hybrid in Philly

A well-known medium sized company is looking for a Director of Infrastructure to join the team. In this position, you will have three direct reports consisting of three Infrastructure Managers. You will be overseeing these Managers as well as about 8-10 indirect reports (Engineers). You will be overseeing projects including a big migration to the Cloud (Azure), Disaster Recovery planning, implementing new SAN solutions, Firewall Deployments, and more.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 7+ years in an IT Management position
• At least 5+ years hands on experience with Windows/Systems and Network
• Windows Servers 2016, 2019
• Azure – DevOps, CICD
• Automation – Jenkins, Ansible
• SAN
• Disaster Recovery
• Firewalls – Cisco ASA
• Excellent people management skills including, accountability, organization, project planning and time management
• Excellent communication between technical and non-technical teams
