Responsibilities will include, provide First-Level Support, Problem Diagnosis, Documentation, Escalation, Customer Service, Remote Assistance, Hardware and Software Support, User Training, and staying up to date on Technology Trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and common software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of network concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
