ISSE / Secret Clearance Required

This local DoD consulting firm is looking for another ISSE. Their main client is the Philadelphia Navy Yard, and they need someone to do classic ISSE work – RMF plans, STIGs, Nessus scans, vulnerability remediation, etc. A security clearance is required, just like any similar role, and you would have the opportunity to get into some security architecture as well. This is a full-time position that will be hybrid (2-3 days per week) at the Philly Navy Yard, plus occasional travel to other ports to work on their ships, too.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in information security, particularly in an ISSO/ISSE role. Experience with STIGs, RMF, and other similar duties are expected, and a valid secret clearance is required. Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in information systems security
• Valid secret clearance
• Experience with STIGs, RMF, vulnerability management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid security certifications
• Windows and/or Linux experience
