Jr-Mid Ruby on Rails Developer

Job Description This growing broadcast technology company is looking to fill a Web Application Developer role! This is a full-time role for candidates who want to work 100% remote or have the ability to be hybrid in the South Jersey area (Must work EST hours). The ideal candidate will have junior-mid level experience with Full-Stack, Ruby on Rails.
In this role, you will be responsible for fixing bugs, feature development, and UX improvements. There will be TONS of room for growth in this position and opportunities to work on feature applications. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and driven to grow quickly within the corporation. Required Skills & Experience

• 1-5 years of software development experience
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Full stack experience with JavaScript frameworks
• Linux experience
• Experience with bug fixing
• Experience with developing incremental add-ons to existing features

Desired Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Vue.js framework
• Industry specific experience with video or streaming video

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• 60% Ruby on Rails
• 40% JavaScript- preferably Vue.js
