Lead Azure Engineer

As a Senior Azure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing the Azure cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect solutions, provide technical leadership, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the cloud services. Your expertise in Azure services and best practices will drive the successful delivery of cloud-based projects and enhance these clients' experiences.

[Responsibilities]:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design Azure-based solutions.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking components, and PaaS services.
• Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions for performance, cost, and security.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Conduct system performance analysis and implement necessary optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster technical growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Azure architectures and configurations.

[Qualifications]:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Senior Azure Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to VMs, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Networking, and Azure Active Directory.
• Strong experience in designing and deploying Azure-based solutions for various use cases.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell, ARM templates, or Terraform.
• Extensive understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.
