Lead/Manager Quality Assurance Engineer

A leading company is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer/Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading QA teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The candidate should be proficient in both automation and manual testing methodologies, with expertise in C# and Selenium. The Lead QA Engineer/Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our QA processes, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure the delivery of reliable and high-quality software.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Selenium for various software applications, ensuring maximum test coverage and efficiency.
• Perform manual testing as needed, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Continuously improve and optimize the QA testing framework and automation infrastructure.
• Identify and report software defects and issues, working closely with the development team to track and resolve them.
• Monitor and report on QA metrics, providing insights into the quality of the software and suggesting improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies, tools, and technologies, and apply them as appropriate.
