Lead Software Engineer / Philly / python

Our client is created a software system for agriculture companies to understand when to plant their crops. Their data runs algorithms for weather conditions, pest patterns and soil conditions that allow efficient decisions to be made. They are growing their flagship software engineering team, just hired a director and looking for a Lead Software Engineer. This will be 20% frontend development, 80% backend development. Specifically utilizing python and Django, integrating with microservices and restful API’s. You will be dealing with new development, helping to lead a small team, and doing some architecture. They are an aws environment. You must be able to go onsite to their Philadelphia location 3 times a week. . Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience
