Job Description A logistics company local to the Greater Philadelphia area is hiring a Lead Software Engineer! They are hoping to bring on an individual who is equally passionate about their own work as they are mentoring more junior engineers.

This company is currently brining an external application to their internal environment in Ruby. They have future to migrate this application into a different environment. While they are open to seeing engineers with a variety of backgrounds, they are specifically seeking an individual with a proven track record in exemplary leadership to oversee the team responsible for this migration.
