As a talented Mid-Level Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Office 365, Azure, and Windows-based solutions for these clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying at the forefront of technology advancements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Office 365, Azure, and Windows-based solutions.
- Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Deploy and manage Azure cloud services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Configure and maintain Windows servers and workstations, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Offer technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our service offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Office 365, Azure, and Windows systems.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 applications and their integration with Windows environments.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Azure cloud services.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows servers and workstations.
- Certifications such as MCSA: Office 365, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
