QA Automation Architect - hybrid in Philly

This biotech company is a leader in the industry that paves the way with technology. Their emphasis on technology has allowed them to provide high-quality software solutions, innovation, and support to their customers. They are currently looking for a highly skilled and experience QA Architect to join the team and play a crucial role in defining, architecting, and implementing the test automation strategy to ensure the highest standards of quality in their products. 

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in test architecture and be able to work cross functionally to identify test requirements, develop test plans, define automation frameworks, and ensure the overall quality of the entire QA processes. Prior working knowledge of Selenium and Cypress is necessary, as well as familiarity of OOP languages such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python. This will be a hybrid role in the suburbs of Philadelphia. 
Required Skills & Experience

• 7 YOE in QA
• 3+ YOE in architecting automation solutions with tools such as Selenium and Cypress
• Programming experience with Java, JavaScript, Node.JS, and Python
• Experience with web based testing
• Database validation with tools such as SQL, MySQL, etc
• Experience working with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
• Experience leading a team
• Strong communication to collaborate across multiple departments and senior leadership
