Senior Information Security Consultant

An IT security consulting firm is looking for a senior consultant to join their assessments team. You will be performing IT Audits & Cyber/Information Security assessments for clients. Any framework or standard experience is a plus, but specifically NIST and PCI are highest priority.
This position will involve some travel to client sites (10-20% maximum) and can otherwise be performed remotely. However occasional travel to the home office is strongly preferred, so applicants should reside on the east coast (NY, PA, NJ, MD, etc).
This is a great opportunity to own your projects & client engagements while taking your skills to the next level, including support for training & continued certification. Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ Years of experience in information security/IT Audit
• Experience in a client/customer-facing position: Managed services, consulting, etc.
• Experience with at least one relevant standard: PCI, NIST
• At least one relevant certification
  • CISSP, ISO auditor, CISA, CCSK, CRISC, CISM, QSA

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer security, information systems, accounting, etc
• Experience in a CPA firm performing external audits
• Some technical skills, ideally in public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
