Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
- Administer VMware virtualization infrastructure, including VM provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their IT infrastructure needs and provide expert guidance on system design and improvements.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to client operations.
- Participate in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience working with Azure cloud services and solutions.
- Strong proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Solid understanding of network protocols and security principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), and Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
