A South Jersey technology services provider for local businesses looking to add a new full-time Support Analyst to their team. An ideal addition to their team is someone with not only excellent customer service and communication skills, but also someone with advanced experience supporting Windows devices and completing password resets on Active Directory. A solid background in Microsoft products is a must. Those passionate IT support and skilled in critical-thinking and communication should consider applying to this role. This is a great opportunity to learn more and work alongside systems administrators and other knowledgeable IT professionals. Required Skills & Experience
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in IT support
  • Exposure to VMware and networking technology
  • Mobile device management and experience troubleshooting Mac and Windows devices
  • Experience working in Active directory with password resets, group policy, and user management
  • Exemplary customer service and verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Relevant certifications including CompTIA+ or Microsoft certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field
