A growing pharmaceutical company in the Philly suburbs is looking for a full-time Systems Administrator to support their Windows and Microsoft environment. They are seeking a desktop and M365 technology expert that can manage escalated tickets and offer assistance with ongoing projects. As a Level 3 member of the Support team, you will deal with desktop problems and troubleshoot technological issues. The tools O365, Active Directory, Teams, and Intune will be used frequently by you.
You will be aiding Administrators and Engineers with Windows-based tasks, such as upgrades, installs, and implementations, as this team closely collaborates with the Windows Infrastructure team. Both the business culture and the opportunities for professional progression are excellent.

- Level 3 Support Experience, Troubleshooting, Break Fix
- Strong Installation Experience
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Certifications, MCSA, MCSE
- Experience Assisting with Windows Projects
- Network Troubleshooting Experience, Cisco Meraki
- Mobile Device Management Exposure, Cisco
