Job Description
The company we’re working with is a leading provider of electronic health record software and practice management platforms for the mental health industry. The company provides a comprehensive array of resources for scheduling, billing and payments, reporting, and telehealth functions to support mental health professionals in running organized and efficient practices. As a Product Designer on their team, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers, you will create a structured, intuitive experience for users in a capacity that emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and demonstrates a keen eye for impeccable design and effortless user experiences.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience creating SaaS web or mobile applications
  • Proficient in Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or Axure RP
  • Proficient in upholding accessibility and usability standards
  • Experience conducting a variety of user research techniques
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with an EHR, medical billing, or other healthcare software
  • Competency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software platforms
  • Previous experience in an Agile development setting
  • Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
What You Will Be Doing
  • Design end-to-end workflows for intuitive user experiences
  • Gather insight from internal stakeholders and users to guide product direction, visuals, and experience
  • Create and develop wire frames, process flows, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Develop and conduct user, industry and competitor research
  • Collaborate with design team and engineers to create functional/technical specifications and support component library and pattern enhancements
  • Introduce new projects and functionality that supports company goals and aligns with product vision
