As a Product Designer on their team, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers, you will create a structured, intuitive experience for users in a capacity that emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and demonstrates a keen eye for impeccable design and effortless user experiences.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience creating SaaS web or mobile applications
- Proficient in Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or Axure RP
- Proficient in upholding accessibility and usability standards
- Experience conducting a variety of user research techniques
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with an EHR, medical billing, or other healthcare software
- Competency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software platforms
- Previous experience in an Agile development setting
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
- Design end-to-end workflows for intuitive user experiences
- Gather insight from internal stakeholders and users to guide product direction, visuals, and experience
- Create and develop wire frames, process flows, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Develop and conduct user, industry and competitor research
- Collaborate with design team and engineers to create functional/technical specifications and support component library and pattern enhancements
- Introduce new projects and functionality that supports company goals and aligns with product vision
