Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Strong expertise in design systems and the ability to build and maintain them.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end UX design, focusing on both usability and visual aesthetics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to streamline and optimize design processes.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for design implementation.
- Prior experience in transitioning from homegrown CMS to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a significant advantage.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs.
- Design and maintain an effective design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across our brands' digital interfaces.
- Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Implement HTML/CSS coding and maintain design integrity during the development phase.
- Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring the final product aligns with business objectives and user expectations.
- Support the transition from a homegrown content management system to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- $70-$82 per hour
