A well-known Engineering firm is looking for a Windows Server Engineer to join the team of four others. As a Windows Server Engineer, your primary responsibility would be to manage and maintain Windows Servers for this company. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
This role is a full-time perm role based in Philadelphia. They are hiring on a hybrid remote basis so you must be able to commute twice a week.

Skills:
- Proficiency (at least 3+ years) working in Windows Server operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, 2019+
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with virtualization technologies (ideally VMware)
- Azure Cloud
- Understanding of storage technologies (SAN)
- Knowledge of scripting languages, ideally Powershell
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Design and implement Windows Server infrastructure solutions
- Install and configure Windows Server operating systems, applications, and services
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates
- Manage and spin up new Cloud Servers
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate systems and applications
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff
