Field Technician/Help Desk

A large home building company is looking for a hybrid Service Desk/Field Tech to add to their growing team. This individual is going to be being a mix of remote, tier 2 and 3 support work as well as some onsite support at various offices throughout the valley. This individual should have experience administering O365 and Active Directory, and have exposure to things like a ticketing system, VPN troubleshooting, etc. This individual should have reliable transportation and be open to commuting to various sites 1-2 days out of the week.
Contract Duration: 12 months Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant help desk or service desk style experience
  • Strong experience working within the O365 admin portal
  • Experience administering Active Directory
  • Experience working with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation throughout the valley
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting iPhones or iPads a big plus
