Backend JavaScript Software engineer

Job Description

The company is a fast-growing early-stage SaaS startup that is currently seeking to hire a Software Engineer. The role will primarily involve the development of web-based applications and integrations. Responsibilities for the position include designing, developing, testing, deploying, improving, and maintaining software. The Software Engineer will also be responsible for managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as collaborating with product managers and designers to implement functional requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or have at least 4 years of full-time experience. They should also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a positive attitude, collaborative personality, and a strong desire to learn. Experience in developing web-based applications is essential. Optional qualifications include experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, AWS, Shopify, Stripe, or other e-commerce systems. The technologies used by the company include TypeScript, Node.js, React, SASS, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Terraform.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 years minimum with JavaScript/Typescript and node
• Full stack Experience
• Familiarity with Cloud Tech
