Business Analyst

A company in the technology consulting indsutry is looking for a business analyst to add to their growing team. This individual will be working on 1-3 software development projects at a time, just depending on the intricacy of said projects. These projects will largely be focused on modernization and will be focused on implementing primarily Microsoft stack solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience writing user stories, and ideally some design experience as well. While a lot of the role can be done remotely, this candidate will need to be open to meeting at various client sites as they are kicking off new projects to build rapport with the team. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of prior Business Analyst experience
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Scrum processes
• Prior experience writing User Stories
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Any design experience is a big plus
