Oracle HCM Software Engineer

Job Description The Oracle HCM Developer is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) systems for clients. This includes configuring and customizing the system, developing custom reports, and providing technical and functional support. The developer will also collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful system integration and end-user satisfaction. The Oracle HCM Developer must have a strong technical background, experience in Oracle HCM, and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. The developer must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience developing Oracle HCM applications
• Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle HCM and related

Daily Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM systems
• Develop custom reports and interfaces to meet client requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical and functional support
• Work with other IT teams to ensure successful system integration
• Monitor system performance and adjust as needed
• Participate in system testing and deployment
• Report on project status and provide feedback to stakeholders
