A company in the construction industry is looking for a Tier III Support Tech to add to their growing team. This individual will be joining a current team of 2 and will be responsible for resolving any escalated tickets that are not able to be resolved by their out-sourced first line of defense. This individual will also be helping to write documentation and working on side projects as necessary. It will be a hyrbid position with a requirement to be in their North Phoenix office a likely 1-3 days a week. Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in an IT Support position
  • Ability to resolve complex IT issues independently
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS
  • Extensive experience working with O365, AD or Azure AD
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, vpns, etc.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
