Cloud Application Security Architect / DevSecOps Architect

Job Description One of the largest global electronics manufacturers is currently looking for a cloud application security architect to join their team. their main US office is in Pittsburgh, PA but also have the ability to hire out of the following areas (where an office is located): Beachwood, Ohio; Raleigh, North Carolina; Peachtree City, Georgia; Plymouth, Minnesota and Rockville, Maryland. This will be a full time, salaried position operating on a true hybrid model so potential candidates must be in or around these areas.
The overarching theme of this position is categorized in “DevSecOps.” Potential candidates will be joining a well-established team of 35 individuals complied of program managers, pentesters and architects in efforts to support the security and development of products across the global division. You'll be responsible driving cyber security requirements and implementing cloud based environments specific to Azure. You will also be providing customers with best security solutions and working with their architects and engineers to provide best security solutions. The overall arching theme of the role can be boiled down to: “how can we secure the application?” and “what are the best steps to ensure security?” Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of professional cloud security experience
• At least 4 years’ experience in leading and deploying DevSecOps

Desired Skills & Experience

• Relevant security certifications
• Previous experience in electrical manufacturing industry
