Lead UX Researcher

Job Description This leading distributor of shipping, packaging, and industrial supplies is looking for a full time Lead UX Researcher to direct the team on discovery and validation research processes for complex large-scale projects. On site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
This person will help set standards for the UX Research team, working, and mentoring the current members of the team. This company believes in investing in their employees. • 5+ years of UX Research Experience
• Experience leading design sprints and processes
• Experience working with Azure, Agile methodology, and Adobe Creative Suite

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience leading or managing a team
• Qualitative and Quantitative Research Experience with a portfolio to showcase

• 50% Qualitative Research
• 50% Quantitative Research
