Job Description

They are looking for a Banking Platforms Product Management responsible for all aspects of service banking offerings, which includes the way in which member access their accounts, view their statements and balances, manage their account preferences and settings, access and interact with services/features, and the way in which credit union staff do the same on the members’ behalf. This is a full-time hybrid role in Portsmouth, NH that will require you to come into the office at least once a week.

Required Skills & Experience 
What You Will Be Doing 
  • 5-10 years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree required or minimum of four years directly related experience
  • General knowledge of consumer banking products, across deposits, cards and lending
  • Knowledge and experience working with Episys/Symitar and Q2 Banking
  • Experience in user preference and profile management, authentication/OTP, and other aspects of user account management
  • Proficient in Jira and other Atlassian tools
  • Possess and exhibits excellent analytical, prioritization and time management skills
Work involves extensive communication including, but not limited to, verbal, written, and electronic, interaction, and collaboration with people daily.
Responsibilities
Define and manage a product roadmap for the credit union’s self and assisted-service banking platforms, including digital banking, remote assistance, and in-person assistance, establishing product vision, setting product goals, and managing relevant product lifecycle milestones from initial design through to rollout and sunsetting.

Review product performance analytics; monitor and interpret internal/external business challenges; and use sophisticated analytical thought and judgment to identify solutions, courses of action, and best practices to continuously enhance the member or end user product experience in alignment with organizational strategy.
