Job Description

They are looking for a Payments Product Manager responsible for feature definition, creation, and ongoing iteration of all money movement and payment products in support of the credit union’s mission and strategy. This scope includes but is not limited to, internal/external transfers, person-to-person transfers, money wires, bill payments, push-to-debit offerings, and check deposit offerings. This is a full-time hybrid role in Portsmouth, NH.

Required Skills & Experience 
  • 5-10 years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree required or minimum of four years directly related experience
  • General knowledge of consumer banking products, across deposits, cards, and lending
  • Knowledge and experience working with Episys/Symitar and Q2 Banking
  • Experience in user preference and profile management, authentication/OTP, and other aspects of user account management
  • Proficient in Jira and other Atlassian tools
  • Possess and exhibits excellent analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.
What You Will Be Doing 

Work involves extensive communication including, but not limited to, verbal, written, and electronic, interaction, and collaboration with people daily.
Responsibilities:
This semi-autonomous and highly capable individual contributor will own all activities related to products within their area of scope, including opportunity analysis, change or enhancement decisions, backlog prioritization, and work acceptance criteria. Working closely with cross-functional subject matter experts from across the credit union, the Product Manager will support the creation and execution of a product roadmap that furthers their mission, supports their organizational strategy, and ensures seamless and consistent service experiences are delivered across all member touchpoints.
