Money Movement - Payments Product Manager

A Credit Union is hiring a Product Manager to join in growing its banking services to its members. This company is owned and operated by its members, who pool their resources together to provide themselves with financial services such as savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and credit cards. They focus on providing their member's competitive rates, personalized service, and access to digital tools and technology that make banking convenient and accessible. They have opened a Product Management role for a hybrid position in Portsmouth, NH. You will work with a team to help build their money movement products, including ACH transfers, wire transfers, bill pay, and mobile payments. You will be a support systems vision and strategy in helping create the execution of success to driving the product.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a product strategy for our money movement products to improve adoption and user experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams from marketing, operations, compliance, and technology to ensure product initiatives are implemented successfully.
• Keep an eye on market developments and rival product lines to spot new chances for innovation and differentiation.
• Gather feedback from users and conduct user research to continually enhance the usability and functionality of our money movement solutions.
• Oversee the testing and deployment phases of the product lifecycle, as well as define the requirements and produce the product documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that money movement products are following all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of money movement products, including ACH transfers, wire transfers, bill pay, and mobile payments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus.
