Senior Product Manager, Money Movement

Job Description A local credit union is expanding their presence across New England and are revamping their digital banking offerings. They are looking for experienced Product Managers who have worked in a banking setting and have hand on experience delivering net new banking products to the marketplace. They are specifically looking for a PM who can help deliver money movement and payments solutions into their digital ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll be developing a strategic roadmap to introduce realtime payments solutions into their digital banking offerings. You’d ideally have experience working with ACH, Zelle, and other modern real-time payments solutions.
Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management
• Strong communication skills and ability to gain stakeholder buy in
• Experience working with real-time payments solutions like ACH, Zelle, and FedNow
• Experience working in modern Agile development environment
• Strategic thinker with a strong affinity towards innovation and growth
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Can be the bridge between business and technology functions

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and delivering on a roadmap to introduce real-time payment solutions
• Working in an agile environment with cross functional teams and multiple different stakeholders
• Delivering best in class software
• Serve at the voice of the customer and advocate for improved and seamless customer experiences
