Being one of the biggest pharmaceutical firms in the world, this company is transforming the pharmaceutical sector. Their team that is responsible for their research and development has concentrated heavily on producing goods and machinery that propel the development of aesthetic medicine. They recently debuted a brand-new, cutting-edge SaaS platform for consumers and Physicians, giving the most complete selection of science-based products accessible. They are hiring for a Director of Product. This is a remote, full-time position.

We're searching for a Director of Product as we prepare to introduce a new suite of game-changing innovations on our widely accepted platform. If you want to have the support of a very big corporation while working in a startup-oriented atmosphere this role is for you! You will direct the vision and execution of the product roadmap in your capacity as Director of Product. You will assist in establishing and managing a group of Product Managers who will participate in various cross-functional Scrum teams.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Knowledge of data science, AI, and machine learning technologies

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown:
  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for Allergan Data Labs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, and marketing, to bring new products to market
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions
  • Oversee the entire product development life cycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into product development
  • Lead the product management team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure success
