This position is for a Project Coordinator with experience in coordinating projects or other business initiatives, ideally those related to data management or analytics. It is a client-facing/on-site role.
As the Project Manager and Coordinator, you will monitor project progress and report to internal stakeholders, ensure recurring status reports are sent to client stakeholders, and ensure recurring internal reports are provided regarding project risks and client feedback. You will also be involved in escalating incoming client feedback and change requests internally, monitoring project intake progress and report on progress, scheduling internal and external stakeholder meetings, as outlined in project plans, and ensuring timely client responses and updates, through internal coordination with the project delivery team.
Offices in Richardson, TX This team thrives on collaboration, effective communication, and work life balance.
Contract Duration: 3-9 months. Most likely to be extended past that point and/or flipped full time after 6 months. Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years of experience coordinating schedules and meeting agendas for various stakeholders
- Experience in data management, automation, or analytics
