This full-time, onsite opportunity in Gaithersburg, MD invites you to join a fast-growing medical device company that’s transforming the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries through innovative technology. As a Software Embedded Engineer, you’ll work on embedded software and automation, developing solutions that power next-generation laboratory and medical instrumentation, including systems integrating Tecan/Evoware technologies for liquid handling and sample processing.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ years of experience in embedded software engineering
· Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems development
· Experience integrating with hardware or instrumentation
· Experience with Tecan/Evoware 
· Strong understanding of software development best practices and documentation standards

Desired Skills & Experience

· Background in medical device or pharmaceutical technology development
· Familiarity with regulated environments (FDA, ISO standards, etc.)
· Experience with Python, Linux, or real-time operating systems (RTOS)
· Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills

Daily Responsibilities
· 80% Hands-On Development
· 10% Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
· 10% Code Review, Documentation, and Compliance Activities
