Job Description
We’re helping an innovative and dynamic insurance services company that specializes in the life and annuity insurance sector. As a Cloud Engineer, your main responsibility will revolve around designing and implementing Azure architecture and environments. You'll be tasked with utilizing scripting and coding techniques to manage cloud environments effectively. Demonstrating expertise in Cloud Architecture best practices, Cloud Security, and Cloud Infrastructure monitoring & tuning is crucial for this role.
On the technical front, your experience in designing Azure environments and creating templates for Azure resource deployment will play a central role. Proficiency in Azure private endpoints and thorough documentation of systems and configurations is expected. Your expertise in PowerShell scripting (or similar languages) for environment management is essential. Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a plus. Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) techniques using tools such as Terraform/BICEP, Azure Compliance & Policy Management, Azure Monitoring/Logging, Azure Networking, Azure Storage Solutions, Azure AD and Identity Management, and Azure App Services will contribute significantly to your success in this role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with effective listening and interpersonal abilities, are key attributes we seek. - 6+ years of professional experience
- Professional Azure cloud experience

- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
