Director of UX/UI Design and Research / SLC Utah

We are searching for the Director of UX/UI Design and Research for our client. This position is fully remote, but specifically looking for those ideally local to Salt Lake City, UT – Dallas, TX also good. Ideally, they are looking for someone with extensive experience leading teams, being hands-on with tools like Figma, enterprise-work and any native mobile build experience. This role is full-time, direct hire.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ Years of Experience
• Experience with Enterprise level companies/clients
• Hands-on experience with Figma
• Worked with Optimizely
• Has worked with User Zoom
• Ideally hands-on experience with Pendo

Desired Skills & Experience

• Native Mobile Build experience
• Has the ability to lead effectively speaking to UX strategies they have successfully developed and executed
• Effective communication when working with various stakeholders
