Role is Hybrid in DTLA
We are looking for a CRM Administrator for The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, the first museum to open its doors in Los Angeles back in 1913. Located next to the legendary Colosseum Stadium and the University of Southern California.
Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, the CRM Administrator manages and oversees the CRM Database; creates and maintains the data dictionary, administrators data security and sets database security levels, ensures the database is functioning at optimal levels; heads all database updates, changes and/or modifications and develops and writes detailed data dissemination policies and standards to ensure databases remain consistent across departments at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in data science or related field with 2+ years of working experience as a Database Administrator
- MSSQL / mySQL
- Exp. w/cloud CRM solutions such as: Dynamics365, Oracle CX, Salesforce, etc…
