Solutions Engineer - 100% Remote - Marketing Analytics

Job Description: This Series A start-up is seeking a talented Solutions Engineer. They specialize in marketing analytics and are cracking down on 3rd party tools like cookies. This is a full-time and remote opportunity. 

As a Solutions Engineer you will serve as the go-to technical expert, guiding customers seamlessly through our platform's sales process, onboarding procedures, and resolution of any challenges they might encounter. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales, onboarding experiences, and overall customer satisfaction. Here, you'll collaborate with visionary leaders including the VP of Sales and VP of Engineering, unlocking immense potential for professional growth and learning experiences. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 2+ years of direct customer interaction experience, regularly engaging through written communication (emails) and video/phone calls, with a knack for prioritizing responses.
• A minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in crafting SQL queries to effectively analyze and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Ability to write JavaScript code for real-time debugging during customer interactions.
• Familiarity with interpreting API documentation to provide technical guidance.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Past involvement in creating administrator tooling using platforms like Retool, ActiveAdmin, Django Admin, or similar.
• Prior experience with Python programming.
