IT Technician (On-site)

Who We Are: 
We are a local, Bay Area company producing some of the best cannabis-infused edibles that range from gummies to chocolates in the state of California. As consumer demands continue to grow, we have plans to grow our company and our team. 

Who We're Looking For: 
An individual who has between 2-5 years of IT Help Desk experience and can reliably commute to our offices, primarily in Alameda, CA and at times in Oakland, CA. In this role, you would report directly to the IT Manager and cover responsibilities including: first-line troubleshooting for all support requests, creating proper documentation, assisting with onboarding and offboarding technical processes, amongst other standard IT-related tasks. 

Qualifications: 

• 2-5 years of current IT experience 
• Windows and MacOS 
• Google Workspace support experience
• Basic networking experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-facing experience
