Remote Java Engineer / PST Time

A SaaS company in Santa Monica is rising quickly through the multi billion dollar HR systems industry and they are hiring a Full Stack Java Developer. They are looking to add some cutting edge analytics functionality and complex financial processing systems to their CRM platform. There are a lot of exciting technical challenges right around the corner.

Looking for an engineer who is excited about building new things and has a background doing full stack development. Great opportunity to build a large scale web application with a modern Java tech stack.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years writing production, web based code using Java 8/Springboot
• Production experience writing JavaScript code
• Familiarity developing APIs and Microservices from Scratch

Desired Skills & Experience

• Production experience with Java 8+
• Familiarity with AWS

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 75% Server side programming
• 25% UI Engineering

Daily Responsibilities

• 50% New Development
• 40% Refactoring old code
• 10% Team Collaboration
