Job Description
An MSP company is looking for a Level 2 Support Technician to work with a local labor union for engineers. This role will require server and system administration, in addition to any other support the client needs. You and your team will be responsible for incident management, problem management, and change management for clients. This role is full time and on-site.

- 3+ years of server and system administration experience
- Troubleshooting experience
- Experience with O365 and Azure
- Able to be very client-faced with a great attitude to give quality customer service.
- Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco certifications
- Experience with MSP’s, or related companies.
