Tier 3 Support Engineer

Calling all Support Engineers to work on a smart access control application. This core application allows business owners to to track all of their valuable assets in one place and get real time updates regarding product on trucks and in storage units. 

The company is looking for candidates with experience in C#, SQL, and Tier 3 Support function

Required Skills and Experience The Offer

• 5+ years of experience working in PHP, C++, C#, Java, or Python
• 2+ years of experience with SQL based database technologies (SQL, mysql, Postgres)
• 2+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP requests, JSON, etc.
• 2+ years of experience with debugging code & fixing issues.
• 2+ years of experience with Tier 3 support function
