A Growing Manufacturer company based out of Bucks County is looking to grow their team and hire a Support Analyst. In this role, you would be responsible for the Helpdesk function of the Information Technology Team. This position's primary responsibility is to offer support and direction to Leidy's end users for basic IT-related devices, such as printers, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, in addition to network and software-related support. This is a great role for someone looking to move up the ladder in the IT Field. Required Skills & Experience
  • High School Graduate with a few years of similar experiences and/or a bachelor’s degree in InfoSec, MIS, IT, Computer Science or related fields. Equivalent technical experience may be substituted for educational requirement
  • 1-3 years of experience working with Windows technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lb of object by himself/herself.
  • Clear written and verbal skills for answering calls and emails
  • Active Directory experience

  • Good problem solving, troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects, issues, tasks working in a diverse and distributed team environment
  • Strong soft skills
  • Prior experience with Break-fix
