Windows Systems Administrator at Community Owned Health Provider
South San Francisco, California
Onsite
Full Time
$87k - $117k
One of the nation’s top community owned healthcare providers is currently hiring a Windows Systems Administrator to work in South San Francisco (hybrid in office & remote). Being a government agency that provides medical care, this is an excellent opportunity to both help your local community while getting stellar medical benefits for you and any/all dependents!
The Windows Systems Administrator’s first major project will be working on setting up back-ups using VEEM for the entire environment including VMs virtualized with VMware and SQL databases. The System Administrator will also maintain the existing VMware environment, deal with SQL issues, help with Security Remediation, manage O365, and write Powershell scripts. For Powerhsell, the most important skill is being able to figure out how to automate tasks independently, but you do not need to be a SME.
Remote work is an option, but this position does require working in office in South San Francisco, CA. 100% remote is not an option.
Cash compensation includes base salary and retirement plan where the employer contributes equivalent of 10% of base salary. Required Skills & Experience
