Order Operations Specialist

Our client, an American electric vehicle automaker and automotive technology company, is looking to hire an Order Operations Specialist to join their team remotely!

*** This begins as a 6-month contract, with an opportunity to extend at any time

 

Responsibilities

• Serve as key player for the Service Order Operations team to handle orders, order modifications, restricted parts, send invoices and support with price authoring.
• You will act as a counterpart to our Service/Collisions team and support them on daily operations tasks regarding the points mentioned above.
• You ensure correct and accurate data entry, modification and submission and final quality checks
• You will communicate effectively with our stakeholders and listen to their asks and priorities as well as communicate back to keep a closed loop on progress
• You proactively surface roadblocks and prioritization conflicts to the team

 

Desired Skills And Experience

• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment that changes day to day
• Experience with Windows, MS Office Suite
• Experience w/ Postman and SAP is a plus
• Flexibility to work based on the demands of the business, which may require working evenings
• Desire to work in workplace that is employee centric and has a foundational focus on the environment and clean energy solutions
• Ability to work self-motivated in a remote (work-from-home) workspace.
