Sr. Product Manager, Employer Experience

Job Description A growing fin-tech startup is looking to add a Senior Product Manager to their team. This role will lead everything associated with the organizations core B2B product within their overall product suite. The role will work alongside two other Product Manager's, one Designer, and two Business Analysts. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader who has experince working in a startup environment. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional engineering as a Product Manager
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Strong experience working on B2B products
• Bachelor's or equivalent 
• Strong communication and oral skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Engineering or technical background
• Experience within the earned wage access space
