Successfactors Employee Central Lead

Our client is seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Process Improvement Specialist to lead and advise on enablement initiatives for their clients. The successful candidate will interact with clients to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.

Contract Duration: 14 Months + Extension Required Skills & Experience

• Has to be able to speak French
• At least 5 years of experience leading and advising on business process improvement initiatives on SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in implementing new modules on SuccessFactors

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a consulting firm or similar environment
• Knowledge of HR processes and practices
• Experience with Agile methodology

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on business process improvement initiatives on SAP SuccessFactors for clients
• Interact with clients to understand their business requirements and conclude on blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements
• Collaborate with the SuccessFactors team lead, project manager, and director of program to ensure timely delivery of projects
