Delivery Manager - Hybrid in Toronto

Job Title: Delivery Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join their team at a provider of the most comprehensive, safe and feature rich threat simulation platform available for enterprise. They're looking for a Delivery Manager with a love for process optimization and workflow development. As their Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading project delivery in a technical space and ensuring that they deliver the highest quality solutions to their clients. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work in the office three days per week (Toronto/Waterloo).

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard of quality.
• Be the connector between our clients, developers, and the product team, ensuring that communication is clear, concise and effective.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and ensure that they are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
• Facilitate the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise during project delivery.
• Collaborate with the product team to identify opportunities for process improvement and to ensure that our product meets the needs of our clients.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to network and information security.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in project delivery in a technical space.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on client experience and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• A conscientious and thorough approach to work, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• A collaborative working style, with a focus on transparency and openness.
• Experience with cloud computing (e.g. Azure, AWS) and related services.
• Understanding of general enterprise networking technologies like firewalls, routers, load balancers, web servers, and APIs.
• Familiarity with general network concepts (packets, bandwidth, protocols like TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS).
• Comfort with technical concepts related to network and information security.
• A willingness to take on new challenges and find the most efficient ways to save future bandwidth.
