Principal Data Engineer I

Job Description We are a product based software company looking to revolutionize the payment processing industry. We have recently acquired 6 new companies and are continually growing! Not only are we rapidly growing even now and all throughout the pandemic and 2023 but we are a leader in the space as well.
We are hiring for a Principal Data Engineer I. In this role we are looking for someone with about 7 years of experience, stellar SQL skills, ETL and experience with a cloud based data warehouse is a big plus.
This is a unique opportunity to help be a senior member in our Data team and provide mentorship to other team members.

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or equivalent
• Exceptional SQL skills or equivalent database
• Strong data modelling skills to
• Experience building out ETL pipelines
• Experience with a cloud based data warehouse such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse or Data Factory, BigQuery, Redshift, etc
• Exceptional communication skills
